Quick answer
These how-to guides walk through WaiverForm step by step. Each one is a short numbered list: create your first waiver, run kiosk mode on a tablet, import an existing PDF, collect guardian signatures for minors, and use check-in search at the front desk. Every feature shown is on every plan.
Create your first waiver
Sign up and log in to your dashboard.
Open Waivers, choose New waiver, and pick an industry template or a blank form.
Edit the waiver text and add fields: name, email, yes or no health questions, checkboxes.
Save, then copy the public signing link from the waiver list.
Open the link on your phone, sign a test waiver, and find it under Signings.
Run kiosk mode on a tablet
Open your waiver list and copy the kiosk link for the waiver you want at the door.
Open that link on the tablet and add it to the home screen for fullscreen use.
After each signature the form resets automatically for the next customer.
Staff can keep check-in search open on a second device to verify arrivals.
Import your existing PDF waiver
Open Waivers, choose Import PDF, and upload your current waiver document.
The text, blank lines and yes or no questions are detected and turned into form fields.
Review the result, adjust labels or add fields, and save.
Your old waiver is now a signable online form with the same wording.
Collect guardian signatures for minors
Enable minors in the waiver settings. It is on by default for family templates.
The signer chooses Adult or Minors on the signing page.
A parent enters each child's name and date of birth, then signs once.
Each child gets their own searchable record, linked to the same family group.
Use check-in search
Open Check-in from the dashboard menu.
Type the customer name. Matching waivers appear with valid, expired or flagged badges.
Tap a record to see the full signed document, including any flagged health answers.
