These terms govern your use of WaiverForm, operated from Dubai, United Arab Emirates ("WaiverForm", "we"). By creating an account you agree to them.
1. The service
WaiverForm provides software for creating, signing and storing digital waivers and consent forms. We provide software and information, not legal advice. You are responsible for the content of your waivers and for whether they are suitable and enforceable in your jurisdiction.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. One account serves one business entity.
3. Plans and limits
Each plan includes a stated number of signed waivers per calendar month. When a limit is reached, new signatures pause until the counter resets on the first day of the next month. We do not charge overage fees. Prices and limits are shown on the pricing page and may change with notice; changes apply from your next billing period.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use WaiverForm for unlawful content, to deceive signers, to collect data you have no right to collect, or to attempt to breach the security of the service. We may suspend accounts that do.
5. Your content and data
Your waivers and your signers' records belong to you. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process and display them to you and your signers. You can export your records as CSV at any time while your subscription is active.
6. Availability and liability
We aim for high availability but the service is provided as is, without warranty. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before a claim. We are not liable for indirect damages or for the legal outcome of any waiver you use.
7. Termination
You can cancel at any time from your billing page. We may terminate accounts that breach these terms. After termination your data is retained for a short grace period for export, then deleted.
