Quick answer

WaiverForm collects only what is needed to run the service: account details for business owners, and the fields each waiver asks signers to fill in. Signer data is visible only to the business that collected it, never sold or used for advertising, and card details stay with Stripe.

What we collect

Account holders: name, business name, email, password hash, billing status. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store full card numbers.

Waiver signers: the fields your waiver asks for (typically name, contact details and consent answers), the drawn signature, an optional photo if the business enables it, the signing timestamp, IP address and a fingerprint of the signed document. This data is collected on behalf of the business whose waiver is signed; that business is the data controller and WaiverForm is the processor.

How it is used

Signed waiver data is shown only to the business that collected it. We use account data to operate the service, send transactional email and respond to support. We do not sell personal data and we do not use signer data for advertising.

Storage and security

Data is stored on managed hosting with encryption in transit. Passwords are stored as salted hashes. Signed documents carry a cryptographic hash so later tampering is detectable.

Retention

Signer records are retained while the collecting business keeps its subscription, because waivers often matter years after signing. Businesses can delete individual records or their whole account.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, the UAE Personal Data Protection Law and similar laws, you can request access, correction or deletion of your personal data. If you signed a waiver for a business, direct the request to that business first, since they control the record. For anything else: support@waiverform.io.

Cookies

We use a session cookie to keep you logged in. If you choose a language or dismiss the language suggestion, that choice is saved in your browser's local storage on your device, not sent to us. We do not run third party advertising trackers on signing pages.
